ERIN E. POWERS

Erin has practiced exclusively in the area of criminal defense since graduating from law school. Prior to moving into private practice, Erin worked as a Public Defender in Anoka County where she learned the importance of vigorously advocating on behalf of her clients, and making sure her clients knew they had someone fighting for them. Erin’s passion for defending those who have been accused of crimes stems from her strong belief in the presumption of innocence and the State’s burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

Erin attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law. While in law school, she was noticed for her progressive stance on Vacatur Provisions, and drafted a proposed piece of legislature with her classmate. Erin’s firm belief of equity in the criminal justice system translates into her everyday practice.

Erin takes immense pride in her work and the overall representation of clients and it shows with the countless amounts of great outcomes she has achieved for her clients.
