Sara J. Miller

Sara Miller is a law clerk at BK Law Group, where she assists our attorneys with legal research, motion drafting, and case preparation for a wide range of criminal matters.

Sara completed her Juris Doctor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she has earned Dean’s List honors and received the school’s annual scholarship for academic excellence. She has held several respected clerkships, including at the 10th District Public Defender’s Office, where she served as a student-certified attorney representing clients in bail hearings and pretrial proceedings. Her prior roles at other private defense firms also gave her experience in drafting discovery, subpoenas, and trial exhibits.

Sara brings a sharp legal mind, strong courtroom composure, and an unwavering commitment to client advocacy. Her work ethic and attention to detail make her a valuable part of our criminal defense team.

Outside of law, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and contributing to her community through volunteer work.
