Nate Weimer

Nate Weimer is a Personal Injury Attorney at BK Law Group with more than a decade of civil litigation experience, including extensive courtroom experience and numerous jury trials.

Nate represents individuals who have been injured because of the negligence of others. He understands that an injury claim is rarely just about the accident itself. Clients may be dealing with medical treatment, lost income, insurance companies, mounting expenses, and uncertainty about what comes next. His job is to take control of the legal process so his clients can focus on getting their lives back on track.

Having spent his career litigating civil cases, Nate approaches personal injury claims with an understanding of what ultimately matters if a case has to be presented to a judge or jury. From the beginning, he works to preserve evidence, establish liability, document damages, and position each case for the strongest possible recovery. When an insurance company refuses to fairly compensate a client, Nate is prepared to litigate the case and take it to trial.

Communication is equally important to his practice. Nate believes clients should understand what is happening in their case, why decisions are being made, and what comes next.

Nate graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013 and has practiced in Minnesota ever since.
